Chandigarh: Dr Hanaan Choudhary, who is a doctor at a leading hospital in New Delhi, has said that he is working especially during unusual hours during the Covid-19 epidemic. “Medicine and fitness are my two passions,” he says. He said in an exclusive interview that he was born in Jammu, where his father is a renowned surgeon of the state. So naturally his professional interest grew towards medicine. He was overweight for many years but he has lost twenty kilos in the last three months and is extremely fit for more than the last eight years. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness, he said. How many calories you are taking in daily and how many you consume, being more or less weight works on this simple principle. Giving some useful tips, he said that it is important to understand the importance of macro (proteins, carbs and fats) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) which are essential for a strong immune system, bones, anemia etc. Given the current state of non-gym, priority should be given to weight control / weight loss. To lose weight as quickly and efficiently as possible in conjunction with physical exercise you need to stay in the calorie deficit and focus on that type of food.
I will tell you 3 ways that you can use to lose weight fast.
1- Eat less processed food as our body burns more calories in digesting less processed and whole grain food. Such as oats, brown rice, whole grain bread, flour bread etc.
2- Distribution of calories throughout the day. Have a heavy breakfast in the morning, then allocate normal calories for lunch and low calories for dinner. That way you will stay energetic all day and feel less hungry.
3- Eat appetite enhancing food like almonds, oats, curd, meat, cheese, lentils, linseed, granola etc. Avoid sugar consumption, especially synthetic / white sugar, sugar only from natural sources and most importantly drink at least 4 liters of water every day. Control your snoring consumption and eat enough protein and moderate carbohydrates. Physical activity- Just walking can burn calories. This is the simplest and easiest way to walk and the beauty of it is that you can do it anywhere. The best way is to walk on an empty stomach in the morning. This is followed by some 15-30 minute bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, chin-ups, free weight squats, and 50-60 crunches. . If you want to speed up the weight loss process you can take a 10 minute walk indoors again after lunch and dinner.
