Maa, a Humble Motion Pictures presentation in association with Omjee Star Studios held a special screening for media recently before it hit the screens on 6th May 2022 worldwide with the cast present in Chandigarh. The emotional roller coaster ride had a tearful response by each and every one.

The direction by Baldev Singh Deo is his first attempt and did an excellent job on Maa. The storyline and plot written by Rana Ranbir had excerpts that gave it a Bollywood touch. Setting it apart from other Pollywood films, was the fact that the film is mostly heart-rending scenes with a little touch of humour. The only one who took the film from the start till end was Divya Dutta and her Dhaakad acting. The actres single-handedly took the limelight and took the film to it's much deserved ending.

The cast included the likes of Gippy Grewal, Babbal Rai, Vadda Grewal, Aarushi Sharma, Rana Ranbir, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Raghuveer Boli and many more talented stars could be seen in this multi-starrer film. The child artists also stole the show with their impressive screen presence. Raghuveer Boli played the role of a differently abled son who immaculately portrayed this on screen.

The film also has a great lineup of songs which would play on loop in your mind. Especially, the ode to Late Shri Sardool Sikander and wife Amar Noorie's groovy track 'Bhabhi' will be etched in the audience minds forever.

The film is going to release on Mother's Day weekend, 6th May and has a heavy script which will have a lot of messages to take home to.
