MLAs Abhay Chautala, Karan Singh Dalal almost come to blows, take off shoes to hit each other in Ass

Unprecedented scenes were witnessed in the Haryana assembly today when the Indian National Lok Dal MLA Abhay Singh Chautala and Karan Singh Dalal of the Congress almost came to blows on the third and the last days of the monsoon session of the Haryana Assembly. Amidst a heated argument between the two and vociforous shouts from treasury and opposition benches, the two senior leaders were poised to hit each other with their shoes as proceedings turned violent in the Haryana Assembly today.

Had the policemen and the marshals not intvervened, the two leaders would have certainly hit each other with their shoes. The Haryana assembly was adjourned twice amidst all this pandemonium, first for 10 minutes and then again for 15 minutes but it failed to cool down the freayed tempers of the legislators from both It was the word `kalankit’ (tainted) uttered by Congress MLA Karan Singh Dalal with reference to the government during a discussion on a call attention motion on deletion of 25 lakh names of the ration card holders led to a fury between the ruling and the opposition parties in the state. The treasury benches members demanded an immediate apology from Dalal for calling the state `kalankit’. Dalal used this derogatory word while referring to the issue and this angered the ministers and MLAs of the ruling party.

Ministers Om Parkash Dhankar, Krishan Kumar Bedi, Munish Kumar Grover and Capt Abhimanyu accused Dalal of using a derogatory word for Haryana state. Karan Singh Dalal tried to explain that it was wrong on the part of the government to delete names of lakhs of poor people from the ration card, but Anil Vij, Haryana Health minister and Captr Abhimamnyu, Finance Minister insisted that Dalal had insulted t he state b y calling it names. At this time Leader of Opposition Abhay Singh Chautala said Dala had done a great mistake and the only remedy was to keep him out of the assembly.
