TRWA receives a successful stay Order against arbitrary actions of PSPCL

In the matter concerning the issuance of excessive bills in regard to regular electricity supply in the society, the Trishla Resident Welfare Asso inciation (TRWA), President, Mr Hemant Negi and Senior Vice President, Mr Rajinder Verma represented by their Legal Counsel, Legacy Law Offices LLP successfully secured a long-awaited stay order against the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL)/Authority. Ms Ankita Malhotra (Principal Associate Advocate), guided by Mr Ramanjit Singh (Partner) at Legacy Law Offices represented the TRWA before the Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (PSCDRC).

Parallelly, the Hon’ble Commission granted a stay order against the arbitrary actions of the Authority towards the threat to hinder the electricity supply within the society and also issued a summon to compel the Authority’s appearance before the Hon’ble Commission.
